Spring has been producing all the SRDX figurines for Yujin and seriously the quality is bleak at best, therefore I am not really into their trading figurine series which include some Fate/Stay Night stuffs before other major brands hope onto the bandwagon to produce. I pick this piece up loose from K Books in Nipponbashi, Osaka as I have something for Kotone among all the "To Heart" girls. |

姫川琴音 ～ToHeart～You can read about "To Heart" here. And Himekawa Kotone is just one of the million girls you can date from that game. What I like about this piece is of course the diorama design which comes with a great backdrop of a pavement with a flight of stairs and a brick wall surrounding a a decorative bush. Kotone looks ok as you cannot really see her face hidden within the light violet locks. The sculpt is pretty poor as the arms look like they would fall off with the slightest nudge. The puppy is awfully done as at a second look you might assume it is another fur ball creature.

A nice piece which is even worth it by not necessary to get the other pieces in this set of trading figure which is not remotely as nice as this. |
