The 4th installment of this series was fronted by Tomoyo from "Cardcaptor Sakura" who seems to be the most recognisable of the lot. It is also from this series that they claim if you collect all the stamps of the leaflets which come with each outer box of the previous series, there is a mail-in exclusive figurine to be collected. The problem there hasn't been any leaflet seen in the previous 3 series...Bummer. |

Domeki is Watanuki's classmate and one-sided rival. He is part of the school's archery club and often participates (and tops) school competitions. He lives by a shrine owned by his late grandfather. Domeki's personality is a total opposite that of Watanuki's. He has a cool, calm and often sarcastic character. Much to the annoyance of Watanuki, he seems to hang around him especially when Watanuki gets a chance to be alone with Himawari who Watanuki fancies. Domeki is seen here in his archery costume complete with bow and arrow and the target board nicely made to show the distance he has to cover. He possess his air of smug as he turned his head with a condescending look perhaps towards the woeful Watanuki. I really love that look, which makes this piece for me.

Akira is an elementary-school boy with a double life. During the day, he is a third-grader of the elementary division of the CLAMP school campus, and also the Treasurer of the Elementary Division Student Council. At night, he becomes a mysterious thief who steals things in order to please his two mothers. Although he is only 9 years old at the beginning of the story, he has already mastered the great skills in disguise and thievery. Our protagonist is the successor of the renowned thief 20 Faces, who was also Akira's father. After his father disappears, Akira takes his place and inherits the name 20 Faces. Also a character in CLAMP School Detectives, Akira looks to be doing some magic in front of a tinted window pane. With that hair, Akira closely resembles Subaru from Vol. 3. Although not much sentiments for a relative unknown characters, the amount of details found on the mini flags, the magic cane, the window as well as the plush toys in front of her have to be commended.

Seishiro, a member of the Sakurasakamori, an assasin clan empowered with powerful black onmyodou. At the age of 15, he killed his own mother in cold blood and no grief. Seishiro subsequently created the "legitimate front" of a humble, bespectacled veterinarian working in Shinjuku, Tokyo. His concern for animal life was entirely false: the animals in his surgery were in fact "sacrificed in his stead", suffering the backlash from deadly attack spells he had used. He then met a 16 year-old Subaru who he grew affections for and even sacrificed his right eye to protect the latter from a knife-wielding attacker. Here we see Seishiro wearing almost the same matador like suit as Subrau but without that dubious head dress but still with the award-like stash. Similarly there's a globe with the shape of Japan in it.

Kohaku is a rather accident-prone angel who has come to Earth in search of her mentor, Hisui. When she gets trapped in a tree and attacked by a crow, she is rescued by Shuichirou, a young doctor. As a result, she feels indebted to grant him one wish but finds the kind doctor is satisfied with all aspects of his life. Thus, she remains with Shuichirou in hopes of repaying him somehow (subsequently getting in other sticky situations as a result). Because she is only a trainee angel, Kohaku can only maintain a full-size form during the day - at night she shrinks and is only about a foot tall, looking rather like a chibi character. As an angel, she cannot consume anything that came directly from a living organism (ie meat, vegetables, bread) with the sole exception being milk and occasionally honey. Here we see Kohaku (which means amber in English) making her ascension with the whirlwind which is propelling used as the base which can't holds the span of the winged figure at all time. I love angels but rarely had I see wearing an attire which resembles what the Hindu or Punjabi would be wearing, but the design with the golden linings is captivating. Not a big fan of Kohaku's face while I wonder the plush rabbit holding a dandelion indicates her child-like nature.
