Unlike the last summer edition Wonder Festival I have attended which was held on the West wing, this year's WF was held on the Central exhibition halls and they are as big, if not bigger than those on the West. The entire festival took up 4 blocks (A-D) and A to C were joined side by side while one needed to arm himself with the ticket booklet if he was to transit between the 3 and D. D Block consist of exhibitions by Kaiyodo and other respectable companies which the bulk of photographs here were derived from.

It was simply disappointing from Kaiyodo this time round as basically they have no gashapon, shokugan or trading figurines set that interest me. The only new shokugan-based mini figurines previewed was "Hakusho Daimouou" under the K-T shokugan series and to date is one of Kagawa sensei's most appalling work. The other being "Resuce 119" Part 3 which I didn't even bothered to take picture of. You can see Kaiyodo's focus has diverted to more complete, pre-painted PVC figurines and action figures this time round.

Horico's booth which previewed only "Rescue 119" Part 2 & 3 (unscheduled) and selling display box for "Moonin's Lunch" Part 2, seriously lack the appeal evident by this photo |

Never been interested with what Wonder Showcase has to offer, usually original resin kits. However this time round, managed to get an exclusive T-shirt , one each for me and my girlfriend. Vincent from La Tendo still sores over the fact that he could not get even 1 of the "Frog Flag" figurines, a onder Festival exclusive.
