I went to queue for the exclusive color version of Shalon from "Magic Quiz Academy" but had a hard time locating the booth. ALter has always kept a low profile in the makers' hall but many PVC figurines collectors will always want to seek out what they had in store for the next few months as they seldom made the wrong choice with their character selection and always seem to maintain that quality in their figurines. This time round, a lackluster exclusive was well made up by the list of beautiful figurines including a spectacular triple whammy for the month of August...

I always look forward to the Kotobukiya booth in Wonder Festival, especially have my eyes out for my favorite One Coin Figure Series... No One Coin this time round as Dante, Shiki , Akira, Cloud and Indiana Jone showed man power in their figure line-up for 2008....

My favorite gashapon makers had a show of their Super Real (SR) history over the years.
A collage of the gashapon cards with a grand display of the miniature figurines were on display.
There was also one for the SRDX (Deluxe) figurines which had been around even before the hey days of
complete figurines. The gashapons on show for the next few months had been pretty subdued but there
seems to be plenty of "Choko Colle" series.
For once Yamato is at the main hall, but still it was at a secluded corner which not many people would
take notice though a stone throw from our booth. Some TANDEM Twins figurines were on show as well as a
new vmf (variable motion figure) line for fans of articulation figure (spoiled for choice these days...
